We realise that occasionally things do not go as smoothly as we would like. If you think that this has happened to you, please tell a receptionist or the Practice Manager so that we can help you resolve your problem. A practice-based complaints procedure has been set up, details of which may be obtained from Reception or the Practice Manager.

In the event of you making a complaint to Go 2 Doc the following procedure will be adhered to:-

  1. The complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days by either manager.
  2. The patients GP informed along with the Go 2 Doc manager responsible for handling complaints and the duty doctor(s) at the time of the complaint, if appropriate.
  3. The complaint be investigated within 10 working days.
