Complaints and Feedback

We want to hear from you

At The Ryan Medical Centre, we are committed to providing high-quality care and a positive experience for all our patients. We recognise, however, that sometimes things may not go as expected.

Every patient has the right to make a complaint about the treatment or care they have received at The Ryan Medical Centre.

We take all complaints seriously and use feedback to help us understand what went wrong, address concerns and improve the services we provide.

How can I make a complaint?

Most complaints can be resolved at a local level. If you have a concern, please speak to a member of our practice team who will assist you where possible.

Alternatively, you can ask to speak directly to our Complaints Manager.

A complaint can be made:

Verbally, by speaking to a member of staff or the Complaints Manager

In writing, by completing our complaints form or writing a letter

By email, using the practice email address

You do not have to use a specific form to make a complaint. However, a Complaints Form is available below if you would find this helpful.

What happens to your complaint?

Once we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge it and investigate the concerns raised. We aim to deal with complaints fairly, openly and promptly, keeping you informed where appropriate.

We will listen to your concerns, review the relevant information and provide you with a response explaining the outcome of our investigation and any actions we may take as a result.

We will always try to resolve your complaint locally and use your feedback to help improve our practice.
