Our Mission

The Ryan Medical Centre is an established 6 partner Training Practice and is a member of Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB

RMC provides high quality general medical services and additional enhanced services to our population of patients who reside in and around Bamber Bridge

We will monitor our workload and provision of services and adapt within our resources to keep up to date with our ever changing patient demographic

Our goal is to be safe, effective and as efficient as possible in terms of healthcare we provide and the business we run.

We wish to remain focused on providing excellent primary care services for our patients and we will encourage and reflect on their feedback.

We want to maintain a rich educational environment for our learners and encourage personal development of all our team members and enhance their skills.

We wish to maintain and develop our excellent practice team working relationships and levels of mutual support.

We will aim to collaborate and work in a streamlined way to strengthen relationships within our PCN and build effective community links whilst responding to local, regional, and national initiatives. The projects in the PCN involve working with outreach teams in the local community. This work involves working with the local food banks, offering health checks, lifestyle advice, social prescribing support and assistance and working to tackle health inequalities in the area.
