Practice Manager - Naila Nisar-butt
Deputy Practice Manager - Michael Finch
Office Manager - Jordan Leigh
Practice Administrator - Michelle Turner
The practice manager supports the GP’s and is responsible for managing the business side to the practice on a daily basis, dealing with any complaints, making sure the correct protocols, and policies are in place and being maintained so that the practice continues to provide a high quality of patient care and safety within the practice.
Reception Team
All our receptionists are trained as Care Navigators and when booking appointments follow a care pathway written by the GP's to enable you to access an appropriate appointment in a timely and safe manner
Our fully trained Receptionists are the first point of contact with the Practice, they are here to help you and are pleased to do so. Some of the jobs the receptionists undertake are to update your medical records, take any requests for home visits, book routine and emergency appointments, and book telephone consultations.
Please remember that they are doing a very difficult job and do it very well. Please note that if you are kept waiting or are asked, what may seem, unnecessary questions, they are only carrying out our instructions, which enables them to attend to your needs more speedily and efficiently. The more information you are able to give them the better they will be able to assist you. All information given to them is treated in confidence, and they are bound by the same codes of conduct as the Doctors.
Administration Team
Our Administration team deal with slightly different jobs than our reception team. The admin team will take referrals from the doctors and process them so that you can be referred to the hospital if the doctor feels this is necessary, they also Summarise your medical records so all the correct information is up to date on the computer. Other jobs the admin team do consist of medical and legal reports, and patient registrations.
