Non NHS Services

The Practice can arrange medical examinations and complete reports for certain non-NHS purposes, including insurance, HGV, and PSV licenses, hackney carriage licenses, pre-employment assessments and elderly driver assessments. 

These services are not covered by the NHS and are therefore subject to private fees. A list of charges is available at the practice.

Please note that the practice is unable to undertake certain examinations or complete specific forms, including passport medical requests or supporting documents, fit to fly assessments or supporting documents, and sky diving medicals or supporting documents, ID verification supporting letters.*
